We accept referrals from social workers, consultants or psychiatrists and community psychiatrist nurses. People with independent funding can also support an application via a GP or through any of the above-mentioned professionals. 

Once an inquiry is made, we will provide information about the home and invite the referrer and service user to visit. We require information about the service user such as medical history, mental state and history of mental health, and other relevant documentation. We do not admit patients with physical disabilities and dementia. 

We liaise with all of the relevant professionals involved in a person’s care such as psychiatrists, care coordinators, advocates, social workers and more.
